A. We operate as a drop in, so as soon as you can get here.
Q. Am I an addict?
A. If you are losing anything more than money, then that is a sign for you to reach out today.
Q. Will anyone find out I have been here?
A. Our service is completely confidential, we will only break confidentiality if we have a safeguarding concern.
Q. Will I be judged for what I say?
A. One of our core values is being judgment free. Many of our workers are now recovered from addiction, so you will be treated with empathy and respect.
Q. Do you offer a detox?
A. No, however our workers are all trained to signpost to local organisations who can offer this service.
