Q. How long is the waiting list?

A. We operate as a drop in, so as soon as you can get here. However, if you require our 'Listening Service', you may encounter a short wait list.

Q. Can you diagnose?
A. No, but our workers can support you with making appointments, phone calls and offer emotional support during this process.

Q. Will I be judged for what I say?
A. One of our core values is being judgment free. As an organisation, we recognise that most people struggle with their mental health at some point in their lives and there is a wealth of lived experience in our building, so you will be treated with empathy and respect.

Q. How do I know if I need support?
A. If you are already here, it might be time to reach out. Call the team on 01952 899204 for free confidential advice on what support is available for you.

Q. Can I access your service?
A. As long as you are over the age of 18 and live within the Telford and Wrekin area, we are available to support you.
